These terms are designed to clearly outline expectations, responsibilities, and service policies in order to protect both the client and OG Cleaning Services.
OG Cleaning Services offers residential and commercial cleaning services in Northern Kentucky, including general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, upholstery cleaning, trash can cleaning, and additional specialty services.
All services performed will be based on the agreed-upon scope at the time of scheduling.
Quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied by the client. Final pricing may be adjusted after an on-site assessment or if additional labor, time, or supplies are required.
OG Cleaning Services reserves the right to decline services if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or outside the agreed scope.
Cancellations must follow our Cancellation Policy.
Fees may apply for last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows.
OG Cleaning Services reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, staffing concerns, or emergencies.

OG Cleaning Services is insured; however, liability is limited to damages directly caused by our staff during service.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

OG Cleaning Services routinely documents our work through before-and-after photos, surface condition photos, and progress images.

We do not photograph or publish any personal, private, or identifiable information, including faces, family photos, mail, financial paperwork, children’s items, or anything revealing client identity or location.
Clients may opt out of external use of photos (marketing, website, social media, or promotional purposes) by submitting a written request at any time.
Internal documentation (for training, record keeping, and proof of service) may still be maintained for liability and quality purposes.
All website content—including text, images, logos, and service descriptions—is the property of OG Cleaning Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
